Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations that all suppliers must adhere to when conducting business with us.

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the jurisdictions where they operate, including but not limited to labor laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and anti-corruption laws.

Suppliers shall uphold the rights of workers as defined by international labor standards, including the prohibition of child labor, forced labor, and discrimination. Suppliers shall provide fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect the rights of workers to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Suppliers must conduct business with integrity, honesty, and transparency. Bribery, corruption, extortion, and other forms of unethical behavior are strictly prohibited. Suppliers shall maintain accurate records and financial reporting practices.

Suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy work environment for their employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, providing necessary safety training, and implementing emergency response plans.

Suppliers are expected to minimise their environmental impact by adopting sustainable practices, reducing energy consumption, conserving natural resources, and minimising waste generation. Suppliers shall comply with environmental regulations and strive for continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Suppliers must ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors adhere to the same standards outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct. Suppliers shall conduct due diligence to identify and address human rights, labor, environmental, and ethical risks within their supply chains.

Suppliers shall respect the confidentiality of proprietary information and intellectual property belonging to Learn Digital Way Pty Ltd and its customers. Suppliers shall not disclose or misuse confidential information for personal gain or competitive advantage.

Suppliers are encouraged to actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which they operate. This may include supporting local charitable initiatives, promoting diversity and inclusion, and investing in community development projects.

Suppliers are expected to monitor their own compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct and take proactive measures to address any violations or areas for improvement. Suppliers shall cooperate with Learn Digital Way Pty Ltd in audits, assessments, and corrective actions as needed.

Non-compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in termination of the business relationship with Learn Digital Way Pty Ltd. By doing business with us, suppliers acknowledge their acceptance of and commitment to this Supplier Code of Conduct and agree to uphold its principles in all aspects of their operations.
